CHS woodshop class creates sign

The new sign, made out of oak, was created during a woodshop class at Cherokee High School. The students used the router to make the letters, then poured them with epoxy and stained and treated the sign. The old sign had been in place since the 1980s. L to R: Courthouse Maintenance Tony Hellar, woodshop instructor Lane Pruett, Damein Lobato, Treavor Green, Lane Krob and Kannin Koehn.
